questions:
APPLICATION:
An application must be submitted by each adult (age 18 and over) who will be
living in the home. A $25 credit processing fee must be submitted for each
application prior to the application being processed.
On this web site you can find the application form (see HOME page for a link to
the Application). The application can be emailed back to us; or printed,
completed and faxed to us (Fax: 770-886-6785). You can provide your credit card
for rapid processing.
Processing of the application shall be as timely as possible, with results
normally within 24 hours after receiving the application and fee.
RESERVATION FEE:
After approval, a Reservation Fee to reserve the house
must be paid within 24 hours to reserve the house.. The Reservation Fee can be
in the form of a check, cash, money order, cashiers check. It cannot be placed
on a credit card.
DEPOSIT:
The amount of the Deposit will vary. When viewing a house on the web it will
indicate the non refundable Deposit amount.
A Deposit is required for all programs. Please see specific house on this web
site for the amount of the Security Deposit.
PETS:
Typically Pets are not permitted.
Acceptable Pets are subject to approval of the management company – this
includes type, size and quantity. A non-refundable pet deposit of $400 is
required along with an additional fee of $30 per month per pet.
The pet deposit and pet fee applies to the all the Programs except for the Owner
Financing Program.
